Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Hadid Horizon LLC (“Hadid Horizon,” “we,” “us”) collects when you browse our website or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the customer service channels listed at the end of this page.

It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, including the payment page hosted by PayPal during checkout. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

We collect the following information when you use the site.

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, a securely hashed password and your account approval status.
• Order details: your shipping address, the items you ordered and the payment status of the order. Card details are handled by PayPal and never reach us.
• Contact form messages: the name, email address and content of any message you send us.
• Product reviews: if you submit a review, the name and state shown with it are public.

Card numbers. Checkout runs on PayPal. Your card number, expiration date and security code are entered directly into a form hosted by PayPal and sent to PayPal’s servers — they never pass through ours, and we have no way to view or export them.

Passwords. An account is required to buy. We store your password only as a one-way hash, never in a form we can read back to you.

• To process and ship your order, including sharing your name, address and phone number with the carrier that delivers it.
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and, if you ask us to, order-related replies to your support messages.
• To detect fraud, secure the checkout process and prevent abuse of the contact form and coupon system.
• To review and approve new customer accounts.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Your shopping cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so it survives a page refresh or a closed tab; it stays on your device and is not sold or shared with anyone.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share cookie data with ad networks or data brokers.

We share the minimum information necessary with a small number of companies that help us run the store:

• PayPal processes every payment and holds your card details under its own PCI-compliant security program.
• Wise is our payment provider if you pay by bank transfer. We receive the sender name, payment reference, amount and date of your transfer so we can match it to your order. Your bank details stay with your bank and Wise.
• Resend delivers our transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notifications and replies to your messages.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Neon hosts our database, which stores account and order records.
• Carriers (USPS, UPS and FedEx) receive the shipping address and phone number needed to deliver your order.

Currency exchange rates come from the European Central Bank; no personal data is sent to obtain them.

None of these providers is permitted to use your information for its own marketing purposes. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

• Order records, including the name, address and amount charged, are kept for seven years to satisfy US federal and state tax record-keeping requirements.
• Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterward for quality and dispute purposes, then deleted.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to the tax record-keeping requirement above, by emailing support@hadidhorizon.com.

We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you additional rights over the personal information we hold about you:

• Right to know what personal information we have collected, used and disclosed about you in the preceding 12 months.
• Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as the tax record-keeping requirement above.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. This right does not change anything for you here: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@hadidhorizon.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line and the email address associated with your order. We will verify your request using the order or contact information on file before acting on it.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email support@hadidhorizon.com and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all site traffic and encrypted storage for order data, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but payment card data is never one of the things we are protecting, because PayPal holds it instead of us.

We may update this policy as our practices change. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify customers by email. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
