Terms of Service

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or place an order. We may update these terms from time to time as described in Section 13; the version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to buy from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We ship to addresses in the United States and internationally. You need a customer account to buy, and we review and approve each new account before it can check out. Every order is tied to the shipping address you enter at checkout and to the account that placed it.

You are responsible for entering an accurate name, email address, phone number and shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a package is delayed, misdelivered or returned to us because of an error in the address you provided, reshipping costs are your responsibility.

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. Occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical error or an error in pricing information from a supplier. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have already placed, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel with a full refund. We are never obligated to honor an incorrectly listed price.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order already placed if a product turns out to be unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud. When we cancel an order for any of these reasons, we refund the full amount charged.

Your order is confirmed once your payment has been captured. We may still decline or cancel an order before it ships for any of the reasons described in Section 4, in which case any amount charged is refunded in full.

If you pay by bank transfer, your order is confirmed once the transfer arrives in our account. You must pay within 7 days of placing the order, or it is canceled. Send the exact amount shown, with the payment reference we give you; the sender pays their own bank’s fees.

Estimated delivery times are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, but if a parcel is lost in transit we replace it or refund it as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but descriptions, specifications, colors and images are approximate. Minor variations between a product photo and the item you receive — packaging updates from a manufacturer, slight color differences from monitor rendering — are not considered a defect. We do not warrant that any product description is complete, current or error-free.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, place automated orders, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Use another person's payment method or identity without authorization.
• Scrape, copy or republish site content, pricing or product data for a competing service without our written permission.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in an order, a review, or the contact form.

We may refuse service, cancel an order or close off access to the site for anyone who violates this section.

The site’s text, layout, graphics, logos and the Hadid Horizon name and mark are owned by Hadid Horizon LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission, beyond what is needed to place an order or share a product link.

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This disclaimer does not affect the manufacturer’s warranty that comes with a product, which is honored as described on the product’s page and is between you and the manufacturer, independent of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hadid Horizon LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of your order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hadid Horizon LLC harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim against us, you agree to first contact us at support@hadidhorizon.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally — most disputes are order-related and get sorted out at this stage.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect and the unenforceable provision is read to accomplish its intent as closely as the law allows.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns and Refund policies, are the entire agreement between you and Hadid Horizon LLC regarding your use of the site and any order, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
